'Pastelão de Frango'

this dough is my grandma’s recipe, it is yummy and goes with almost anything. If you have some meat leaft over just make the dough and voila! however we did not have any left over, so I prepared chicken. We had corn on the side and David also had this goat cheese pepper. It is too spicy for my taste.

Here is the dough recipe: 2 eggs, 1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of oil, 1 1/2 cup of flour, 3 tbs of parmesan cheese and a tea spoon of baking powder. Blend everything. Grease the pan and lay half of the mixture on the bottom of the pan and lay your favourite filling on top then pour the remainder of the batter on the top. Sprinkle parmesan on the top and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
