Cilantro Chicken with Cassava

I’m not sure this dish should be name Cilantro Chicken, when my mom used to make it in Brazil we used to call “chicken with sauce”. Generic like that. 😛 It is chicken with tomatoes, onions, green peppers, cilantro, chicken broth and salt cooked in low heat for 1h or more (the longer the better). I love it with boiled cassava, it goes perfectly. David adds hot sauce (his homemade hot sauce turned out green, weird huh) you can see it on the picture.
