Goulash and Roasted Dill Fingerling

one of the best meals I had eaten ever. We tried Goulash last week at a restaurant in Radium Hot Springs called the Old Salzburg. I joked about the name of the restaurant when we drove by it, I swear I read “Salisburger”,  and I was angry that I had not thought about opening a hamburger place with this name before seeing that we are Salisburys. But anyway, it turned out to be an Austrian restaurant with no hamburgers and a confused waiter who gave us two apple strudels as an apology for his confusion. We laughed a lot and the food was impeccable, exactly like David’s Goulash. YUMMY
