Cilantro Chicken with Cassava

Cilantro Chicken with Cassava

For who never tried cassava, maybe never noticed it on the grocery story. Here is a picture of how it looks like natural and frozen. At Superstore they sell both, the natural one comes with a layer of wax to conserve it because it comes from Thailand. I prefer to buy it frozen, besides the fact it is easier not having to peel it, it tastes fresher because, according to my mom, cassava has to be eaten or frozen at the same day it was harvested.

To cook it, boil for approx 1 hour or until it is soft. And add lots of butter.
