Homemade Chicken Soup

a better dinner for a sick husband. I always loved to have homemade chicken soup when I was sick then I decided that was the time to try making soup for the time. It was delicious! Here is the recipe:

  • • some cilantro
  • • 1 cup of rice
  • • 2 carrots
  • • 2 potatoes
  • • 3 chicken broth cubes
  • • 2 tomatoes without skin and seeds(optional)
  • • 2 chicken breasts
  • • 1 cup of celery
  • • 1 onion
  • ½ tablespon of oil
  • Heat the oil and add onion and celery. Make the chicken golden color and add tomatoes. Let it cook until the tomatoes start to fall apart. Add a liter of watter, the chicken broth, carrots and potatoes. Cook for 15 minutes. Add the rice ( I used leftovers rice that was in the fridge). Take the chicken breast from the pan, wait until it cool down and shred it. Put the chicken back in the pan. Cook for a while (I did for 40 minutes). Add cilantro and it is ready!
