Spinach Risotto and Green Beans Chicken

David used to make risotto with basmati rice, we never bought two kinds of rice before. But this weekend we were taking pictures in Salmon Arm when we saw a gourmet store. We walked inside, looking for palm oil, and David saw a box with 1 kilo of risotto rice for $5. Then we bought it. We also bought some yummy banana cookies made in B.C. Anyways the risotto was pretty much the same. I want to imagine there was a difference  in taste but there wasn’t. Maybe it looks better. I’m sure Chef Ramsay would approve it. 😛
