BBQ Ribs and Cassava

okay this was the best ribs I ever had. We put it on the slow cooker really early with David’s amazing sauce and later on after it was totally cooked David put in on the stove for a few minutes to make it crisp. And I have to say boiled cassava with butter is the perfect side dish for ribs. 😛

Ribs Sauce Recipe

molasses
hot sauce
olive oil
worshshshshs sauce
mustard powder
dijon mustard
paprika
onion powder
garlic powder
cumin
vinager

*everything to taste (which is not very easy for who is not a expert like my mom or husband) 😛
