I took this chicken recipe from Betty Crocker’s Cookbook. I cut the chicken breasts in pieces only because they were tinny already to start with.
Two-Mustard Chicken
2 tbs Dijon mustard
1 tbp course-grained mustard
1 tbs honey
2 chicken breasts
Heat the oven to 375 and grease pan. Mix mustard and honey; spread on both sides of chicken. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until juice is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
