Chicken Souvlaki and Spanakorizo (Greek Spinach Rice)

we had the best Greek dinner ever and I made it! 😛 to celebrate my first (week)day off of school I decided to get a recipe from the yummy blog Closet Cooking. The other time I used this blog the food turned out so good that ever since I have been dreaming about its mouth watering photos….  I totally recommend it!

Next time I will try this Caramelized Apple Grilled Cheese Sandwich.  In my opinion, sweety and salty is the best mix you can have. Oh how I miss banana pizza with lots of cheese, cinnamon and sugar. Perfect!
