Korean Style BBQ Veal with Cassava Root

this was the yummiest dinner of the month! Cassava (or Yuka )is macaxeira in Brazil, and it is VERY common there. You just boil it with salt and it is ready to eat, you just need some butter and any kind of meat. Last time we had it with ribs. Here in Canada you can buy it at Superstore, in the frozen section (already peeled) or in the vegeatables section.  And the veal was very good, my first time having it and the Korean BBQ sauce too. Totally approved!
