okay this was the best ribs I ever had. We put it on the slow cooker really early with David’s amazing sauce and later on after it was totally cooked David put in on the stove for a few minutes to make it crisp. And I have to say boiled cassava with butter is the perfect side dish for ribs. 😛

Ribs Sauce Recipe

molasses
hot sauce
olive oil
worshshshshs sauce
mustard powder
dijon mustard
paprika
onion powder
garlic powder
cumin
vinager

*everything to taste (which is not very easy for who is not a expert like my mom or husband) 😛

 

Pork Tenderloin, Cassava and Corn

this is the perfect dinner for a long day in my opinion. The cassava is bought frozen and peeled from Superstore, ready to be boiled. You cook it for 40 minutes at the same time you throw at the oven the pork tenderloin, which we bought spiced at the same place 😛 easy and super yummy

the farofa was made with butter, onions, sausage and manioc farina which is added only after everything is fried. The best way to eat farofa is with beans and rice… very Brazilian 😛
