BBQ Ribs and Cassava

okay this was the best ribs I ever had. We put it on the slow cooker really early with David’s amazing sauce and later on after it was totally cooked David put in on the stove for a few minutes to make it crisp. And I have to say boiled cassava with butter is the perfect side dish for ribs. 😛

Ribs Sauce Recipe

molasses
hot sauce
olive oil
worshshshshs sauce
mustard powder
dijon mustard
paprika
onion powder
garlic powder
cumin
vinager

*everything to taste (which is not very easy for who is not a expert like my mom or husband) 😛

 

Pork Tenderloin, Cassava and Corn

this is the perfect dinner for a long day in my opinion. The cassava is bought frozen and peeled from Superstore, ready to be boiled. You cook it for 40 minutes at the same time you throw at the oven the pork tenderloin, which we bought spiced at the same place 😛 easy and super yummy

nobody wanted to cook so we ordered some Chinese food. It was pretty good and we had lots of left over for lunch 😀

first dinner of 2010!! 😀 my new years’s only resolution is to avoid eating McDonalds’ yummy Big Mac. Though once or twice a month still is going to be acceptable 😛 Happy News Year to everybody!!
